Over 25 years’ experience in international procurement and project management in a range of countries including Timor Leste, Afghanistan, Papua New Guinea, Tonga, Vanuatu and Australia. Managed teams of international and local experts on projects that have included, procurement, design, construction supervision and capacity development. Has successfully managed all aspects of the procurement process from project assessment to final successful project delivery. Works have included including road, dam, irrigation, military, marine and building construction, in both urban and rural (remote) environments. Has proven cultural awareness within the countries worked, including their beliefs, administrative systems and the government organisations developed by promoting good working relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.
