My career includes finance/budget management and capacity development in private and public organizations, being responsible for financial management of organizations funded by Public and EC funds and being involved over the past 26 years, as Finance and Management advisor in the Parliament, Ministries of Finance, Interior, Justice Education and Training. I am a member of the Portuguese and Australian Institute of Accountants. Work experience in Europe and Australasia & Pacific.
