Served in various capacities in 16 countries in East and Southern Africa providing expert MEL advice in various sectors to governments, donors, end users, and national associations amongst others. With strong strategic planning and program management skills, Charles has 12 years experience at senior leadership level for complex regional and international donor-funded programs.
