I am a development reform consultant based in Europe and the US. Following a career as a commercial lawyer in Washington DC, since 1997 I have advised and implemented reform initiatives around the world. I specialize in designing, developing, and managing reform programs implemented in developing and transitional economies. I have served both as a leader of broad, multiple policy reform programs and as a technical advisor on specific regulatory reform initiatives. Combining technical expertise in regulatory reform and highly effective stakeholder consultation, I help counterparts develop detailed solutions, methodologies, and processes that integrate core international practices and better serve local regulatory needs.
