Csaba Kelen

I have over 20 years of experience in planning and policy through working for operators, design companies, consultancies, and the European Commission. My area of expertise is transport modelling, appraisals, and transport policy. I have a wide range of experience in environmental, social, economic, and safety impact assessment. I manage complex transport projects to exceed client expectations, including contract, budget, schedule, and risk. In the various roles I fulfilled to date, I worked for public and private sector clients in support of transport scheme appraisal, ex-post studies, and lender’s due diligence. My roles varied between technical lead, project manager, auditor, and rapporteur. I contributed to urban, regional, and national transport strategies in the UK, Hungary, and Poland. I led the application of transport models for regional and urban development projects, scheme appraisals, and mobility enhancement schemes.
