The first 15 years of my working career were spent in the corporate sector, thereof 10 years in Management Consulting, initially with a small consulting company in Germany, then with Deloitte in South Africa. My consulting career span Enterprise Resource Planning system implementations, change management with a focus on communications and stakeholder engagement, facilitation and training, business process management and employee surveys. During further 5 years in Corporate I gained experience in the Retail Sector and in Corporate Health Management incl. HIV workplace programs and managing Employee Wellness. The last 5 years I worked in the field of development cooperation: in 2010 I became team leader for a regional 'German International Cooperation' (GIZ) Project with SADC that aimed at strengthening the private sector's role in the regional fight against HIV and TB. Up until end of 2014, I was leading a multi-sectoral HIV prevention Project in one of the high-prevalence districts in Zambia, where we have partnered up with various local CBO's offering capacity building and technical assistance to implement Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) interventions for youths and high-risk populations and promote SRH service uptake. My core strengths characterizing my work style are to be dynamic, energetic, passionate, structured and professional; I'm a driver/implementer, a good conceptual, flexible and creative thinker and an exceptional networker /communicator/ facilitator.
