
Mr. Seider is an experienced development professional with over 20 years of general experience supporting and implementing USG-funded technical assistance programs around the globe. He has successfully worked on more than a dozen US government funded projects across multiple sectors including the rule of law, agriculture, private sector development, stabilization, civil society, and capacity building. Mr. Seider possesses senior-level knowledge of and expertise in evaluation and conducting assessments of U.S. government technical assistance programs. He has direct experience with mixed-methods studies and has demonstrated the ability to analyze, synthesize, and develop broader lessons learned from various data sources and collection methods. Mr. Seider is a U.S. citizen. Mr. Seider's professional experience is highlighted by several positions he served in Afghanistan and Iraq for which he was directly responsible for developing large-scale project wide M&E frameworks, as well as developing systems and tools for monitoring program results and reporting. These positions also involved developing and updating M&E plans, including crafting performance indicators to accurately capture program outcomes and impacts in accordance with USAID requirements. Mr. Seider has successfully developed and managed project-wide reporting systems, supervised the development of project databases, and provided capacity building to local staff to ensure timely and accurate submission of project deliverables.
