Dennis P. Marotta has fifteen years of international development experience specializing in performance measurement and organizational development in various short, medium, and long-term projects throughout sub-Saharan Africa, South and Southeast Asia, and the Caribbean. He is currently based in Washington, DC serving as a Senior Learning Specialist supporting USAID's Office of Food for Peace (through the USAID LEARN contract). Before this position, Dennis worked at Social Impact as the Technical Director for Strategy, Performance, and Capacity Building. He was based in Uganda as the M&E Manager of the ACDI/VOCA PL 480 Title II Food Security Program. Prior to joining ACDI/VOCA, Dennis worked with USAID’s Bureau for Africa and Management Systems International (MSI).
