Hassan worked as programme coordinator for UNCDF Last Mile Trust Fund programme Promoting Digital Ecosystem Solutions Addressing Women Livelihood in Bangladesh Through RMG Sector Sustainability amidst COVID-19 and Beyond and on H&M Foundation supported Collective Impact Initiative for women garment workers in Bangladesh that aims to introduce innovative financial services and social protection services for the women RMG workers. As a member of the Challenge Fund team on the Remittances and Payments Challenge Fund (RPCF) of DFID and Central Bank of Bangladesh Hassan contributed to the first mobile payment guidelines in the country, automated clearing house project of central bank, Bangladesh Electronic Fund Transfer Network (BEFTN) and 14 other challenge fund projects focusing on innovative remittance and payment solutions. Working as Chief Implementation Officer (CIO) for Duncan Brothers Bangladesh (Ltd.) he worked on digital transformation in the remotest rural border areas of Bangladesh with 19,000 tea garden workers with verifiable biometric IDs connecting with direct mobile financial services platform for wages delivery. His recent accolades as General Manager of Strategic Project Management at Robi Axiata Limited was leading the successful delivery of USD 20 million biometric platform and app connecting with National Election Commission’s biometric database of Bangladesh Government and created a channel of 60,000 biometric retail points that enhanced Bangladesh Governments capacity to verify all telecom user base as per telecom ministry directives to enhance country's security measures.
