Leading education programs and providing quality support to Early Childhood Care and Development, Primary Education, School Health and Nutrition, Education in Emergencies, and Adult education with National and International organisations for over the last 20 years. Advocacy and networking with the government are one of the basic components to scale up the results of the implementation of the projects. Besides, 11 years' experience in direct program implementation, with program strategy development, planning, management, monitoring and evaluation, research, resources management, local-level planning, women empowerment, partnership management, fundraising and fund management, networking and partnership building with NGOs and relevant stakeholders, external relations, and resource mobilization. Experiences in cross-sectoral collaboration include president of country office procurement, chairperson of staff development initiative (SDI), child protection, gender focal, capacity building of team members and implementing partner NGOS in Bangladesh. Visited education programmes in more than ten countries, presented research papers at conferences and played a key role in establishing Anandalok Trust for Education and Development, established in 2017, contributing to develop sustainable futures for the school children. Developed the first-ever Bangladesh ECD Directory which contributed to form the Bangladesh ECD Network (BEN 2005) to support Ministries (MOWCA, MOH, MOPME), Bangladesh Shishu Academy to provide quality ECD in the country and the Asia region.
