Currently I am working with RTI Intentional for a World Bank project: URP in the capacity of Human and Institutional Capacity Development Key Expert. I am an experienced organizational development and management expert with more than 20 years of national and international experiences from multinational conglomerates, government and donor agencies like UNDP, World Bank, EU, ILO, IFC, USAID, CARE and other corporate houses. I have got strong knowledge of organizational theories and practices with particular application of these for developing strategies for organizations working in poverty reduction through increasing competitiveness of small enterprises, improving productivity in individual and institutional capacity level.
