Dina Ferrer

With years of experience as a Senior Economic Development Specialist in a government agency, I have led in orchestrating the in-country participation, as well as meeting preparation and support, to the activities and initiatives of the international subregional cooperation known as the Brunei-Indonesia-Malaysia-Philippines East ASEAN Growth Area (BIMP-EAGA) such as the Leaders Summit, Ministerial Meeting, Senior Official Meeting, National Secretariats Meeting, Cluster/Working Group Meetings, among others. Also, with more than five (5) years of experience as a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Officer in an international NGO, I possess the experience, knowledge and skills in creating M&E systems and tools, and experience in humanitarian and development work.

Aside from these work experiences, I have strong project development and management skills, and coordination and organizational expertise. Other assets, skills, and abilities that I can offer include:
