Dorothy Namutebi

Dorothy Namutebi is one of the most highly skilled, honest, professional and possesses a positive attitude, integrity with strong work ethics, respect, reliability, efficiency and diligence as her core professional values. It is a goal each day to work in a way that improves the lives of clients and co-workers. Dorothy is an independent minded professional who achieves results despite any challenges with work consistently completed with attention to detail, honesty, and compassion. With qualifications as a financial specialist with over 13 years of financial management, financial analytical skills, procurement and logistics management, project planning and management, human resources administration and management especially for grants / donor fund projects, Dorothy brought these into the public sector and utilized them to re-vamp the financial management and planning processes at UTB. A graduate of Makerere University in Arts (Economics), Dorothy holds a number of post-graduate qualifications in Management, Project planning and management, Public Sector Administration, Marketing, and Human resource. Dorothy is also a professional accountant being a Fellow of ACCA, and member of CPAU.
