Elizabeth Mwambulukutu brings over 10 years of experience in international development, having served in various communications capacities covering thematic areas including agriculture, WASH, youth leadership development, investment climate reforms, public health and agricultural sector transformation. In her most recent role, she served as the East Africa Regional Communications Manager for WaterAid. In this capacity, she led a communications strategy that focuses on maximizing key moments of influence and elevated issues of WASH, climate change and health in helping to drive sustainable development. Previously, she coordinated communication and knowledge management efforts for the USAID funded ASPIRES Project in Tanzania and worked with the Investment Climate Facility for Africa (ICF) which aimed at improving Africa's investment climate. Elizabeth holds an MSc in Media, Communication and Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a BSc in Economics from the University of Sussex. She's a recipient of the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders from Kansas State University in Civic Engagement Leadership. In her spare time, she enjoys art, photography and tennis.
