Experienced Digital and Information System Expert with more than 15 years in South East Asia & the Pacific, I have been working on various assignments for the public and private sectors including development programmes supported by the ADB, DFAT, EU, ASEAN, GIZ, WB, USAID and UNIDO among others. My expertise is driven by digital transformation with also: • Audit & assessments to strategize, design, develop IT system architecture, and implement innovative solutions using various technologies; • Integration and development of large systems or ICT solutions for the industries (not limited to) of Agriculture and Water Resources, Transport, Food Safety / SPS, Food Security, Fishery (and IUU), Aquaculture, Safeguard, Trade, Standards, Health, Maritime, Tourism, E-governance & Data Governance, E-commerce, …; • Management with the ability to assemble and manage multi-disciplinary teams for highly complex projects including procurement of hardware and subcontractors; • The ability to work under pressure and tight datelines; • Bridging technical and business goals to respond to business requirements through productive solutions; • Quality assurance, risk management and change management expertise with capacity building, training, workshops; and • Development of standard operating procedures (SOP) and organizational analysis; and • The ability to develop good working relationships in a multi-cultural environment, with stakeholders at all levels to build consensus and to interact well with all members of a project team.
