I have more than 16 years' experience in Livelihoods and economic recovery interventions including 8 years experience implementing such interventions in humanitarian settings at both program development and implementation level as well as working with partners, monitoring, and reporting to donors. I have worked with UN Women in the Afghanistan humanitarian crisis response in the aftermath of Taliban Take Over, with UN Women Bangladesh in the Rohingya Crisis response in Cox's Bazar, with UNHCR Liberia in the Ivoirian refugees, with UNDP Liberia in the community affected by war and Ebola crisis and with American Refugee Committee for Burundian refugees' influx, and Congolese protracted camps in Rwanda. Specialist areas: micro enterprises development, cash-based interventions, vocational skills interventions, rural and agricultural finance; micro savings, small scale agriculture development, market systems development, rural farmers cooperatives development including through aggregation centers, nexus approaches programming for combined humanitarian, peace, and economic empowerment interventions and strengthening institutional frameworks for projects ownership and sustainability. Expertise in program management needs assessment, proposal writing, planning and development of annual work plan and monitoring frameworks, budget tracking, projects monitoring and reporting, implement partners (IP) screening and selection, technical support to IP on project implementation in compliance with operational procedures, financial regulations, development of SOPs, strategies, and setting key priorities. Donor project experience: Governments of Sweden, Swiss, Australia, Japan, Canada, World Bank, IFC, IFAD, NEPAD, UNCDF, UNHCR, Bureau for Population, Refugees and Migration (BPRM), Central emergency Response Fund (CERF); and Women's Peace Humanitarian Fund (WPHF).
