Evi Douren is a registered Indonesian medical doctor with Master Degree in Risk Management and with around 23 years of experience in social enterprises and private sectors, more than 15 years of which in senior level management and increased strategic leadership roles with international setting as Country Representative, Director, Deputy Country Director, and Senior Technical Advisor. Her focus especially in the areas of Public Health; Infectious Diseases and Non-Communicable Diseases; Policy Advocacy & Campaign, Health Rights, Health Systems Strengthening, Gender & Social Inclusion; and Stakeholder Engagement enriched with exposure in the public relations, public affairs and communications, and management of multi-countries phase 3 clinical research area. During her professional tenures, she has proved to manage various programs and to lead the international organizations operated in Indonesia. Adequate experience working in public health programs and research has strengthen her knowledge on Indonesia’s National Health System and on essential healthcare system landscape in the country. She is well experienced in representing the organizations at different platforms & with senior-level & high-rank position holders, and ensured organizations’ profile and reputation with stakeholders are strong and reflected organizational value, mission, and vision. Familiar to obtain and secure the Memorandum of Understanding between international organization and Indonesia Government to enable the organization operates in Indonesia.
