Kiné is an International Development professional currently serving as the Director of Project Finance at Rise Gabon, an infrastructure investment fund backed by the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) and the Government of Gabon. In her role, she is responsible for structuring and mobilizing financing for strategic infrastructure projects in a Public Private Partnerships (PPP) model; developing bankable financial models; securing government buy-in; negotiating with potential private sector investors; reviewing legal documentation; achieving financial close for identified projects. Prior to her role at Rise Gabon, Kiné worked as a Senior Consultant in the PPP unit at CPCS, where she was involved in numerous PPP transaction advisory mandates across various countries (Vietnam, Ghana, South Africa, Canada, Guinée). She also served as a Country Engagement Manager for West and Central Africa at the African Risk Capacity Group, successfully implementing the ARC program in multiple African countries, strengthening governments' management and financial capacities in preventing, monitoring and responding to extreme weather events. Kiné's experience extends to diverse technology management consulting roles at Capgemini, Performances Management Group, and Mazars. She holds an MBA in Finance and Global Strategy & Leadership from McGill University, a Master's in Business Consulting and E-Management, and a Bachelor's in Computer Science and Mathematics from Université Paris-Dauphine.
