(Relevant to the project) * 38 years of experience in preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of agricultural research, extension and national & international projects, more than 25 years of professional experience as an agronomist and plant breeder in the Southeast Anatola Region of Turkey * Working experience with govermental, academic and private organisations as well as NGO's * Familiarity with PCM and procurement rules (PRAG) of EU * As a team member, experience in Development of a Roadmap for Regional Organic Agriculture Cluster Project * Experience in field research, including facilitation of workshops, focus group meetings, stakeholder interviews in GAP region * Project evaluation as assessor for the grant projects proposals according to EU and Development Agencies procedures. * Qualified in provision of advice and training to grant beneficiaries on technical, administrative and financial aspects of their projects, both at preparation and implementation phases and monitoring and evaluation of grant projects. * Provide help desk facilities for the grant beneficiaries on project management, procurement and visibility issues * Assist ECD in review of intermediate and final reports, to read the interim reports, final reports and financial reports prepared by the Grant beneficiaries before submission of these reports to ECD, to assist the Grant beneficiaries to prepare their final & financial reports and to improve their sustainability * Coordination of training programmes in agricultural research, teaching and lecturing experience in service training for new agricultural research, workshop organizations and implementation; * Knowledge of the role of extension services and R&D in sector development. * Capacity building activities, Communication techniques and training activities. * Good understanding of rural people & ability to relate & communicate well with them. * Working experience with Organic and Good Farming Practices, * Full familiarity with various types of farming (small scale and large scale farming) and producer groups and organizations. * Experience in statistical analyses, stakeholder interviews, case studies, SWOT analyses * Experience in crop production techniques including organic farming. * Working experience as M&E - team member in GAP Rural Development Project and International Agricultural Projects and Northern Cyprus * 23 years of professional experience in agricultural Research and rural extension/advisory services of MARA * Experience in conducting training need assessment in Rural Development Project * Coordination and Management of Pilot Implementations, agricultural experiments and on-farm demonstrations in the field of Crop Development&Agronomy in GAP region * Organising and delivering of training programs including study visits * Production of agricultural products
