I have taken part in a broad range of activities, projects and programs in Ankara Development Agency to develop the rural and underdeveloped areas of Ankara including the design of grant programs, monitoring and evaluation of the rural development projects funded by ADA, capacity development trainings and networking events. Although we occasionally collaborate with other regions, the focus of our work in ADA is mostly Ankara region. I, on the other hand, move my career in a way that give me the chance to work at national level and take part in more extensive development work. Therefore, I would like to integrate my experience with the impulse of new achievements in a reputable institution. I strongly believe that my solid background in corporate Planning, Programming, External Affairs, Government Relations, Project Design and Project Management, Development and Management Strategy, Monitoring and Evaluation in profit, nonprofit organizations with the concentration on economic and social support programs financed by national and international organisations such as Europian Union, The Ministry of Development, The Ministry of Labour and Social Security Develoment Agencies and Unions.
