I have Eight (8) years of program coordination, management and implementation heading informatics department a component of SIE after heading data management for five years, I’m leading a team in designing data collection tools ,both electronic and paper based for indicators which do not have national tools, training and orientation of national and organizational M&E tools for better data like CTC2 cards, ART registers,HMIS, CTC2 database,DHIS 2 as national reporting system and as a platform for customization fitting local needs, conducting internal data verification and data quality assessment to the sites and districts we are working with, as a head of technological intervention on mhealth/eHealth at the foundation benefiting a large community in six regions, data modeling and visualization using Power BI ,monitoring and evaluation of HIV and community programs in Tanzania, designing and implementing a vast range of applications including online resources portal to help in intervention for the best results for the program and community as a whole.
