Having a consistent track record of working successfully with individuals, families or groups, all within a variety of community settings. Ø 7 years experience in WATER AND SANITATION project of Govt. of India (Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation) which includes Monitoring and Evaluation for continuing function to provide the management and main stakeholders of an ongoing intervention with early indications of progress of the programme. Ø Expertise knowledge of Planning for Monitoring and Evaluation for the effectiveness and better achievement of the programme. Ø Developed Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) tools and processes and better strategic planning for the training of various grassroots level stakeholders and govt. officials and other personnels.
