* Provided Transaction Advisory (TA) services for Rs. 15,000 crores and successfully commissioned for Rs. 150 crores of investment in infrastructure projects; * Advising & assisting various government departments in feasibility of Public Private Partnerships (PPP) projects across India; * Have undertaken following activities for the host of infrastructure projects across various sectors especially in PPP projects * Preparation of concept plan, market assessment, stakeholder consultations, feasibility studies, financial analysis (modeling, viability assessment), project structuring, detailed project report (DPR), bid process management (preparing tender documents – Expression of Interest, Request for – Qualification & Proposal, Concession agreement); * Worked with Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs) like World Bank (WB), Asian Development Bank (ADB), Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB)
