Igor's management consultancy services enhance an organisation's health, ideation, innovation and growth from early stages to mature businesses, locally and regionally. He is a venture builder and founder of several innovative ventures, where he sees potential, capitalises, and uses it. Igor started the first digital marketing company in North Macedonia and supported the idea creation, organisation, funding and growth of several companies in education, retail and finances. He believes that healthy, strong companies can develop the private sector to bring value to society. Working with international donors like SIDA and SDC in the private sector development, shaped Igor as Market System Development (MSD) advocate and practitioner. He aligns organisations into a partnership through MSD, transforming the market systems to deliver inclusiveness and highly-effective impact in different sectors like ICT, green economy and sustainable tourism. Following sustainability as a core value, Igor is a Green Economy evangelist, believing that sustainable development is the only option of the business and economy. He is convinced that companies that have steady growth, and build the market system, have a strong relationship with the sustainability and environment. He worked in sustainable agriculture, energy efficiency and renewable energy and waste sector. Igor shares values of growth, sustainability, partnership and impact. He is an executive director of Opfolio Investments, a partner in Impact Ventures, a board member of Impact Foundation, a nonprofit private sector development foundation, and EKOEnergy, a nonprofit ecolabel for renewable energy.
