I am a development professional with thirteen (13) years of experience in project management, monitoring, evaluation, and adaptive management. My skills extend to developing program performance monitoring and evaluation systems. I design tools, including monitoring and evaluation frameworks, Program Monitoring and Evaluation (MEL) Plans, which describe key performance indicators, data collection methods, and evaluation mechanisms for tracking progress and examining a program’s effectiveness. I am excellent at strengthening the capacity of teams and Implementing Partners (IPs) in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research, facilitating collaboration and quality programming. I am proficient in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and have rigorously applied them to generate deep insights into program implementation research and assessments. With expertise in digital data collection and data visualisation platforms such as Kobo Toolbox, Survey CTO, and Microsoft Power BI, I have saved time and cost in implementing program surveys and assessments. I have developed engaging dashboards which have communicated program results to the diverse project stakeholders. I am skilled in adaptive management approaches, which especially align with the USAID Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting (CLA) requirements. Highly Skilled in reporting and have developed sound program knowledge products ranging from Activity quarterly and annual reports, success stories, M&E fact sheets, research reports, presentations, and conference abstracts, which present key outcomes from the program participants. I have diverse experience in the sectors of Education, Health, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene, Youth Livelihoods, Agriculture, and Governance.
