Ismail worked with several international, local organizations and business companies such as; Research Triangle International (RTI), Development Alternative Incorporation (DAI-PIMS), The World Bank, Social Impact Inc. Smart Vision (with different positions), SOFRECO and Dahabshiil Uganda. Did several consultancies services include monitoring and evaluations both mid and end line, surveys, researches, feasibility studies, organizational development and trainings. Ismail holds Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Development Studies with several diplomas, certificates and short course certificates.
