Jamal enjoys an excellent understanding and knowledge of the context, stakeholders, social and political processes affecting the life of the MENA region population and particularly those who are affected by the conflicts in the region. Jamal worked with leading international organizations, such as the EU, the UN agencies, World Bank, Member states, INGOs and other leading Institutional donors to enhancing the role and capacity of civil society and public sector contributing for mitigation suffering, promoting the protection and sustainable development, as well as increasing cooperation and complementarity between them. Driven from its accumulative practical experiences in Organizational Development Jamal Atamneh adopts innovation as a philosophy in his work to introduce new ideas and bring about positive change in the targeted societies as a whole and its organizations
