I am one of the Humanitarian and Development practitioner with more than twenty two years of experience in managing a wide range of bilateral and donor-funded programs in Sri Lanka. I served as a senior member of staff in USAID and Australian Aid funded projects, i.e., Connecting Regional Economies (CORE), Reintegration stabilization in East & North (RISEN), BIZ+, Support for Professional and Institutional Capacity Enhancement (SPICE) and Skills for Inclusive Growth (S4IG) in various capacities managing a range of USD 4.2 million to USD 24 million. I have a strong background of formulating strategies, concepts, and proposals and implementing those with proper coordination through leveraging and mobilizing capital. I served for disadvantaged groups including women headed households, children at risk, people with disability, former combatants, at-risk youths, border village communities, internally displaced people (IDPs), and marginalized groups. I am a monitoring and evaluation specialist with relevant M&E experience. During my career, I have worked with and managed multi-disciplinary teams, supported personnel development, mentoring and capacity building initiatives, networked and represent the organizations where I have worked and evaluated projects to ensure compliance with Government and donor regulations.
