Rene Djamen

Mr. Rene Djamen is an experienced senior manager with over 20 years of experience in operations and financial management and over 15 years managing large-scale, complex international development projects in Burundi, Cameroon, Chad, DRC, Guinea, Mauritania, Niger, and Sudan, Ghana and Djibouti. His extensive experience working with counterpart organizations in technical and financial/administrative aspects of program management allows the expertise to successfully develop and manage budgets, logistical operations, and personnel management in accordance with USAID policies, rules and regulations. Mr. Djamen brings a deep understanding of USAID policies, having collaborated with USAID for over nine years and served as a Deputy Chief of Party for USAID-funded programs in the DRC and Niger.
