Summary

I am an experienced (19 years) development economist (MSc) contributing and translating operational research findings to evident base policies and practical reforms. I provide technical assistance to public, private institutions, International NGOs, donors and local communities to optimize/ leverage on scarce resources through stakeholder collaboration, partnership management, workforce, organizational strengthening, advocacy, social marketing, innovative results based management through community based programs for inclusive social protection and strategic development operations. Based on the needs, roles, obligations and local challenges, I roll out partnership capacity analysis and development strategies which informs adaptive program management for participant’s satisfaction, ownership, localization and project visibility. Under my technical leadership, my previous team sustained 90% overall average quarterly performance scores (mobilized over USD18,000,000 as output budget) from external evaluations of the Ministry of health and The World Bank teams. Our interventions reinforced partner organizations with better policy compliance, improved governance, updated programmatic applications; while enhancing quality health care delivery for more than 1,000,000 participants, 350 care providers, with improve motivation for health workers and access to care for conflict displaced persons. I am currently championing local stakeholder mobilization for policy support and resource mobilization advocacy to consolidate systems and services to ensure health, safe, school and stable assistance for families hosting over 68,000 Orphans and vulnerable children infected and affected by HIV in Cameroon, including those affected by conflict.
