Gender specialist with 20+ years of international experience across multilateral development banks, UN agencies, governments, and DFIs. I support institutions to integrate gender equality and social inclusion into policies, investments and operations—particularly for women’s economic empowerment. My work includes leading gender assessments, developing gender strategies and action plans, designing and delivering gender-responsive monitoring and evaluation systems, and advising on gender lens investing. I have worked extensively with the African Development Bank, Caribbean Development Bank, UN system actors, USAID platforms, and national development finance institutions in Africa, the Caribbean, and Latin America. I bring proven experience coordinating gender communities of practice, producing knowledge products and guidance tools, and facilitating capacity-building for senior leadership and technical teams. I am especially motivated by advancing approaches that place women, youth and marginalized groups at the center of development solutions.
