Josiane has 14 years of professional experience in the fields of advertising, events management, communication, and marketing. She began her career in 2006 through an internship that quickly led her to the Senior level positions for Western Union Foundation, Beninese Health Ministry, Corridor, Abt Associates, etc. Josiane is a US Department of State 2019 Mandela Washington Fellow. She completed a Leadership in Public Management training at Syracuse University in New York Since 2020, Josiane is the Azalai Group Hotels, Marketing, and Communication Manager. And from December 2021 to March 2022, she is a Coach-Consultant behavior change communication specialist for Mali Justice Project.
