Mr. Judicaël Moutangou holds two masters, the first in development economics and the second in public economics and applied statistics. He has conducted various research projects on behalf of national and international organizations such as Laval University. , the United Nations (UN), the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), the World Bank, the Institute for Empirical Research in Political Economy (IREEP), the National Institute of Statistics and the analysis Benin, the French Development Agency (AFD) and the Research Center for International Agronomy for Development (CIRAD), as a senior research assistant on various impact assessment projects in Benin. He also participated in the evaluation and updating of the Strategic Development Plan of the African University of Cooperative Development (UADC) and the study on the definition of the legal, organizational, institutional and an appropriate financial regime of the d of the National Microfinance Fund.
