I have over 25 years of experience on projects, programs and policy/regulatory reform & policy development for energy efficiency and clean energy projects in USA, Liberia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Marshall Islands, Indonesia, Canada and India. This has included work on clean energy projects for thermal, water pumping as well as electrical energy from less than 1 kW to over 10MW using wind, solar, woody biomass and biogas from waste and animal manure. My main roles have included site & resource assessments, feasibility studies, project and project development management, securing finances & grant management, evaluating environmental impacts and sustainability issues, estimating GHG emissions, energy sector data collection, modeling & analysis, capacity building & institutional strengthening, development, implementation, monitoring & evaluation of programs, public-private partnerships & policies for clean energy projects and making presentations to a wide range of audiences.
