Dr. Kwame Obeng Nti is a Development Planner and Monitoring and Evaluation Expert with over 20 years of experience in project planning and management, 10 of which have been in the area planning, monitoring, evaluation and learning. He has worked in various capacities on projects funded by International Development Organizations like the African Development Bank (AfDB); the OPEC Fund for International Development (OFID); the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA); the United States African Development Fund (USADF) and the World Bank in the areas of education, health, water and sanitation, local governance, agriculture and environment, micro-finance, food security, and sustainable livelihoods. He is currently an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at the Christian Service University College and the Chief Executive Officer of SIGA Consult. Dr. Obeng Nti holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Planning. He has a Master of Science degree in Development Policy and Planning; and BA (Hons) in Sociology with Social Work. He also has a Diploma in Project Management. Dr. Obeng Nti has extensive hands-on experience in project management and development of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks with SMART indicators and targets. He possesses extensive facilitation and capacity building skills, strong analytical, communication and reporting skills combined with effective leadership and management skills. Dr. Obeng Nti very innovative, results oriented, a good team player and capable of working effectively under intense pressure. He is literate in Microsoft Office Suites, Mobile Data Collection, internet applications and the use of statistical packages like IBM SPSS Statistics.
