Laurelle is an interdisciplinary, resourceful, and driven gender equality, GBV and women’s empowerment expert with over 14 years progressive experience in programme design, programme management, monitoring and evaluation and research in areas of Gender equality, GBV prevention and response women’s empowerment, HIV, localization, protection, and safeguarding. She also has progressive experience of technical support provision to country programmes and remote team management on the above-mentioned areas. She is also well versed in strategic direction provision and implementation of organizational strategies towards organizational visions and goals.
