I have been a doctor from 14 years with a Master in Public Health since 2005. I have a good management capacity of program or project and the ability to adapt to donor requirements as USAID, EU, CORDAID, and Belgian Cooperation in the strengthening of the healthcare system and child protection. I have also acquired experience in strengthening social organization and church in salvaging child and adolescent who has no family, or victim of rape and gender matter and improving services and monitoring care and service delivery. Good skill in monitoring and evaluation and capacity in strengthening health information system by using DHIS 2.0 in the management of health system. Health system strengthening I have a transversal back-round in health system building in different areas: service delivery, health workforce, strategic information, commodities, health financing, leadership and governance: • I worked closely with the direction with study and planning health activities at national level, primary health and others program to build and increase quality of service delivery, strategic information. I had responsibility to monitor or measure the progress of quality of health service delivery in country and discuss about health financing issues; • I worked in a task force of planning and contribute to the elaboration of the strategies plan for the country. I mentored health provinces in elaborating their strategic and operational plan • I have good back-round in supervision, mentoring and capacity building of health team • I health good experiences in health financing, I coordinated a project of PBF financed by USAID as a key in country. This project is based on the health system strengthening program. Public Health, monitoring and evaluation Expertise: • I have a good back ground in implementing PEPFAR project in Child Protection, and capacity to coordinate partners in country; • Good ability in the management of databases and the establishment of a monitoring and evaluation system (definition of indicators, PMP etc.); Good back round on Management of health Information Systems (DHIS 2.O), ability in implementing, evaluation of performance plan and reporting. I have good capacity in monitoring and evaluation: I have a good experience in the collection, analysis and report production. Good ability to conduct studies, surveys and evaluations. • Good capacity in reporting and writing proposal (acceptable knowledge of English and excellent written and spoken of French, Lingala, Swahili and Tshiluba). • My good knowledge of the Congolese Health system (policies, standards and procedures) give me the capability of providing support at all levels of the Congolese health pyramid from the central to peripheral levels (Health centers and communities), improve performance and indicators ( capacity to revitalize a health center) . • I also have cross cutting knowledge in management and implementation of primary health care and health structures. • Good expertise in supply chain As a field worker, I am very interested in matters relating to social issues, improvement of sanitary and social conditions of communities. Accompaniment and capacity-building Expertise • I provide facilitation, capacity-building, supervision and technical accompaniment to service providers in order to improve performance and health care services. I support management of programs, budgeting and implementation of activities. During my career, I have worked as medical doctor, as medical director of hospital, Health Zone medical doctor, and doctor inspector and as team member of the provincial technical senior staff; and as technical assistant, project manager and project Director; Senior Technical Advisor and Senior M&E advisor. • I have a good background in supervision , management and coordination Health Financing and Financing based on performance or results expertise • I have participated in the study on costs related to health care in Kasaï Oriental for the implementation of the FASS (Fond d’achat des services de santé) and acquired experience in health financing and negotiation of health care costs, pricing by episode, payment to third parties and purchasing based on performance. • I have experience on Health financing and Financing based on performance or results CORDAID and MSH with the IHP USAID project. Monitoring and project management expertise: • I have design and project monitoring capacity. This experience was acquired through the implementation of MSH DRC’s project (IHP). I internalized functionning and interventions measures of different donors: MSH, CEMUBAC, CORDAID, GTZ, PS9FED, SANRU, USAID, UNICEF, UNFPA, COOPI, etc. • I also have a strong organizational motivation and skills.
