I have continuously led and served diverse international development programs and organizations since my first overseas assignment in Ecuador. These include non-profit (CARE, PADF, Glasswing), for-profit (Banyan Global), and the US government (Peace Corps Paraguay Country Director). I spent 23 years overseas in Central Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Central and South America, as well as many years working state-side. My interests and contributions have been varied and continue to evolve in international alliance building and business development; representation and strategic positioning; organizational and program strategy, planning, and execution; and senior staff recruitment and coaching. This hugely rewarding and impactful journey continues, now serving alongside many talented and inspiring people at Glasswing as their Director of Strategic Partnerships and Representative in Washington, DC.
