Over 10 years of evaluation experience / 39 assignments, of which 20 on Evaluation of EU External Financial Assistance on Monitoring at the level of interventions or portfolio, and data collection, Intervention-level Evaluations (ex-ante, midterm, ex-post, final, and thematic evaluations), and Strategic Evaluations (evaluations of cooperation instruments, financial instruments /CARDS, IPA I and II, MTA), implementation modalities (TAIB, Grants, IMBC, Budget support).
