
Cristina is an inter-disciplinary specialist available for opportunities in the fields of policy and institutional analysis particularly on economic governance and financing low-carbon and climate-resilient urban infrastructure. In various capacities, she has worked for the Asian Institute of Management (Manila), GFA Consulting Group (Hamburg), UN Joint Inspection Unit (Geneva), and Asian Development Bank for regional projects. She recently completed the Cebu City study of UN-Habitat on Financing for Resilient and Green Urban Global Solutions. Cristina holds Masters’ degrees in Political Economy with a specialization in International Relations and Development from the University of Asia and the Pacific (Philippines) and in Development Management from Ruhr University Bochum (Germany) as a DAAD scholar. Her dissertations have focused on the transaction costs of co-financed service delivery and the national and sub-national frameworks for financing urban infrastructure.
