Mr. Marc Sellies is a professional Project Manager with over 30 years of progressive experience in clean energy, energy sector reform, and international development project management. Mr. Sellies has worked with ministries, utilities, the private sector, and other stakeholders to improve utility performance and operations in the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and Asia. He also has extensive experience in conducting assessments, analyzing information from stakeholders, and preparing reports related to energy needs. In addition to his technical expertise, he has programmatic skills in the areas of: program design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, budget control, scheduling, planning, and contractual procurement. Mr. Sellies has led multicultural teams consisting of engineers, financial advisors, legal advisors, information, communications, and technology (ICT) advisors and operations and administrative staff in host country environments under varied and challenging conditions.
