I am a development practitioner with a M.A. in Sustainable Development, International Policy and Management, who served three years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in El Salvador. I have extensive experience in program management, monitoring and evaluation, the implementation of USDA and USAID-funded sustainable agriculture and value chain projects and rural health in countries including Cuba, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua.
