Global health leader, with 14+ years’ experience implementing impactful HIV/TB care programs, through clinical care and translating policy into action, serving thousands. Demonstrated success in health service delivery and providing technical assistance (TA) for program implementation. As a member of various national TB/HIV/COVID-19 technical working groups in Eswatini, she provided TA in the development of strategies, plans, guidelines, curricula and tools, through stakeholder engagement, capacity building, data analysis and review of evidence and lessons learnt. Led PrEP scale-up to 55 health facilities, decentralized TB/HIV treatment and integrated TB/HIV/NCD/SRH services in Eswatini. Experience from Sub-Saharan Africa’s NGO and public health sectors (AHF, MSF, PEPFAR/USAID and Global Fund). Coordinated the EGPAF international TB Community of Practice. Other skills include advocacy, problem solving, quality improvement (QI) and assurance (QA), monitoring and reporting for prevention, diagnosis and treatment.
