Senior International development consultant work experience includes extensive proposal and project recruitment, operations, training and financial management for USAID and other donor-funded contracts and grant programs, both from the home office and in the field. Work spans all facets of project life cycle, from proposal, recruitment and budgeting to start-up, implementation and close down. Native English speaker, fluent Spanish, Portuguese and French.
