Summary

I led the Operation and Maintenance on Solar Mini-Grids with PowerGen Renewable Energy in Sierra Leone; a Portfolio of 22 sites with over 11,000+ smart-metered connected customers attaining positive revenue over 3 years. Over the past 13(thirteen) years, I have gained experience in O&M of electrical and Instrumentation systems, and projects with mining, electric utility and solar PV industries. I have developed skills, training and experience with ERPs such as SAP and ODOO, Instrumentation, energy management, solar PV system design, Installation and commissioning with PV-Hybrid Systems (PV+ Battery+ diesel backup Generators). I hold a B.Eng. Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Hons) from the University of Sierra Leone and an MSc. Electrical Energy Systems from the School of Engineering, Cardiff University, U.K. My current role involves the development and implementation of energy projects in a portfolio of 10 Countries in East and Southern Africa through CEZAM-USADF program partnership.
