● A Fellow Chartered Accountant and Chartered Public Finance Accountant with over 28 years of experience in consulting, public finance, auditing, capacity building and tax advisory services to various government owned and private sector organizations. This includes engaging as PFM and Training Expert in development sectors (Climate, Renewable Energy, Reconstruction, Agriculture, Peace, Health, Education, Local Development) for International Monetary Fund, European Union, Asian Development Bank, World Bank, UN Agencies, USAID, DFID/FCDO, etc. and providing assurance services to national level banks, insurance companies, manufacturing entities, hotels and electricity generation, transmission and distribution companies, etc. ● Has served as a part time lecturer of Financial and Management Accounting for MBA and e-MBA levels and as technical instructor for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) and as a trainer for national and international accounting and auditing standards for ICAN, ACCA, Office of the Auditor General, Ministry of Finance, Inland Revenue Office, etc. ● Recognizing the contribution to accounting profession, was appointed as Chairperson of Auditing Standards Board, by the government for three years (2009-2012)
