Summary

I am a driven project manager with more than 18 years' experience in international development. My career has focused on supporting the value chains across the cashew, cocoa, handcrafts, rubber, shea, and specialty food sectors, facilitating product and business development, training, capacity building, monitoring and evaluation, access to finance, and market access for SMEs. As an experienced leader, I am adept at stakeholder relations, managing partnerships and driving communications with producers, suppliers, financiers, regulators, and government officials. This leadership experience also stems from my significant work on donor projects including with Agence Française de Developpement (AFD), United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), and the African Development Bank (AfDB). I am currently the Chief of Party for the USAID-funded African Cocoa Initiative Phase II (ACI II) project, implemented by the World Cocoa Foundation. I hold a master's degree in Development Economics, a Postgraduate diploma in Finance, Accounting and Management and a bachelor's in Economics with Geography and Resource Development.
