As Interim COP, reconfigured USAID’s Trade and Facilitation Accession for Afghanistan project for success on WTO, free-trade, and customs reform. As chief of party of USAID’s Georgia Business Climate Reform (GBCR) project, generated $744 million in annual efficiency savings for business and government through project-supported reforms and IT implementations in tax/customs administration, regulatory streamlining, commercial law, and national data exchange. Chief of party of USAID’s Capital Markets Development Initiatives project in West Bank/Gaza, which was acknowledged for cost-effectiveness, extensive collaboration with other USAID and donor projects, local staff development, and ability to provide superior management and creative technical input in a conflict environment.
