Team Leader of evaluations and assessments on behalf of USAID, USDA, MCC, World Bank and the European Commission. Over the past two decades conducted multiple USAID assessments and evaluations in throughout Africa, Central Asia, Eastern Europe and Latin America. Advised USAID relative to implementation of the Multi-Sectoral Nutrition Strategy and the one billion USD investment in core flagship nutrition mechanisms (FANTA, SPRING, GAIN, INGENAES, and Nutrition Innovation Laboratories (Asia and Africa), while also taking into account broader USAID nutrition efforts, including within the Office of Food for Peace. An experience development leader who has managed donor development projects on behalf of USAID and the European Commission. Two decades of private sector experience as CEO of food processing companies in developing nations.
