Experience working in sub-Saharan Africa (Niger, Burkina Faso, Mali, Democratic Republic of the Congo) and knowledge of the geopolitics and issues currently impeding development in the region. Technical skills in a variety of areas, with a focus on private sector and infrastructure development to achieve development in other sectors, including the environment, inclusive agricultural market systems (passionate market systems development practitioner with motivation to support poor rural communitiesparticularly women to generate income that enables their families to live productive and meaningful lives), value chains, food security, supply chain management systems natural resource management, small business development, water sanitation and hygiene. Degrees in Electromechanical Engineering, Master's Degree in sustainable Management, Master's Degree in Business Administration, and Master's degree in economics of education/training and employment systems engineering. Expertise in Resilience Collaboration Learning Adaptation (RCLA), Expertise in Sustainable Agricultural Value Chains in the African context, Expertise in Leadership and Management for Development Impact, Expertise in Peacebuilding & Social Cohesion. Expertise in implementing programs using the HDP approach.
